We are a group looking for any opportunity to hit the dance floor ... and have a BLAST doing it! With as few opportunities as there seem to be for dancing in the Gig Harbor area, we are pooling our resources to seek out the best local (or fairly local) venues and organize consistent group outings. We are a group of single Christians interested in going out dancing in a freindly group setting.  Married couples are also welcome to join us. Any member is very welcome to organize a dance meetup. I think that the group will trend toward partner dancing (swing, salsa, waltz, contra, ect.. ) but we can try anything.  Most of the dances are in the greater Seattle area but it would be great to have some events further south.

I'm starting this group as a local group for those of us north of Seattle who are interested in Open Role Social Dancing (partner dances where dance roles are chosen by preference, not assigned by gender).
